*Candidates joining in their respective grades shall be selected BHEL shall be put under probation for a period one year.

Besides the Basic pay (normally the minimum of the scale), selected candidates will be entitled to a Cafeteria of perks, Industrial Dearness Allowance. Other allowances and benefits such as Leave, Medical facilities for self and dependent family members, Leave Encashment, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Uniform, Canteen facilities, Company's accommodation or HRA etc. will be admissible as per Company Rules as applicable from time to time.
